pam_access(sshd:account): access denied for user `xxxx' from 10.10.10.1

Why?

User 'xxxx' has not been allowed by PAM access control.

Solution:

1. Update access.conf to ass user 'xxxxx'

+:user_xxx:ALL

2. Add pam.d/sshd following line if needed

account required pam_access.so
